Heat & Air Conditioning Option.
The HMS Seller Home Warranty includes all the same coverage provisions as our Basic Warranty Contract except Heat & A/C Coverage.
Home Sellers may add Heat & A/C Coverage to their listing contract by selecting the Home Seller Coverage Option.
The Additional Fee for this coverage ($100.00) is paid at Closing/Settlement as part of the total Home Warranty Fee - Warranty Plan Pricing
Home Seller Listing Term Option is available on Qualified Residential Single Family Dwellings that are Listed for Sale with an HMS Member Firm/Agent.
Agreement to purchase the HMS Warranty contract is binding; Fees are due in full and paid at closing/settlement. The warranty may not be negotiated out of a sales contract. However, there is no obligation to pay the warranty fee unless a closing occurs - even if claims have been paid during the listing contract term - subject to the standard HMS Warranty Contract Coverage Summary
