HMS Home Warranty Plans protect you against costly repairs

Our Basic Warranty Coverage includes; oven/cook-top/range, built-in microwave, built-in dishwasher and built-in trash compactor; a primary kitchen refrigerator, clothes washer and clothes dryer.  We also cover the water heater, garbage disposal,  electrical system, paddle ceiling fans, garage opener, and plumbing system plus your primary air conditioning and heating systems.   Not all components are covered in all plans in every state. Certain coverage options require additional fees.
